Our charming European-style country inn and onsite restaurant (open to the public), offers tranquil accommodations for tourists and business travellers seeking a cozy and unique experience. We are located just 1 km from the stunning Bay of Fundy, between Wolfville and Annapolis Royal, near Middleton, Nova Scotia within a short driving distance to multiple destinations. Our inn is open year-round with room rates starting at $140 per night per couple (includes breakfast) and provides a variety of amenities and services to help you make the most of your stay or your special event.

At the end of the day savour a German/Canadian classic meal onsite at the Edelweiss Restaurant, watch an amazing sunset over The Bay of Fundy and relax into a sound night's sleep in one of our comfortable guest rooms, in Canadian made sheets with 400 thread count. In the morning, enjoy a European style continental breakfast in our on site restaurant, on the large sundeck or in the privacy of your room.

We found Edelweiss to be a very comfortable guest house. Our room and the bed were very comfortable The location is within the beautiful hills of Annapolis Valley and its quiet surroundings were restful. We found ourselves relaxing in the friendliness of the proprietors. The restaurant, within the Inn, served dinners that were prepared to perfection and the breakfast was bountiful with lots of tasty variety. We can recommend Edelweiss for anyone travelling in Nova Scotia’s Annapolis Valley area.
This is the 3rd stay at the Inn. We fell in love with the romantic atmosphere and enjoy the comradery of the staff. Feels like we are a part of the family. We love that Barb is so thoughtful and accommodating. She always wants to ensure that your stay is perfect. The restaurant was delicious as always and cooked perfectly. Jorge and the staff are always friendly. The Chalet is so cozy and warm with the wood stove running, the days stresses just melt away. The Inn has made it into our preferred locations rotation, and I expect that it will be our go-to location when staying in the Annapolis Valley.
The room was clean and cozy, the owner was very friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast was fresh and delicious. 10/10, everything was sooo much better than I expected. Don't hesitate to book a room here

We had a delightful stay at Edelweiss. My wife and I were motorcycling and we called to indicate we would be arriving around 8:00 pm. Though the office was closed at that point, our room was ready and accessible. The chef of the little in-house restaurant was there and made us dinner, even though the restaurant was closing. Our room was ready when we arrived and all we had to do was walk up, find our room, set our stuff down and eat dinner. The room was very tidy, bathroom very clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is included and it is well stocked. We were so happy with our stay that on our return from Riverport on the way to the Digby ferry, we changed out plans so that we could stay again.
